The Game Boy Color is a handheld game console made by Nintendo and the successor to the Game Boy. It was introduced worldwide in 1998. As it's name suggest, the Game Boy Color featured a color screen and also came in many different colors such as lime green, purple, yellow and teal. The Game Boy Color is also backwards compatible with the games of its' predecessor and runs on two AA batteries.
