Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie[]
Music composer Bear McCreary adapted and arranged the main theme in Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie from Kyle Justin's original theme song. The theme does not include any vocals, but feature an array of 8 and 16-bit chiptunes, symphonic bits and heavy metal rhythms.
Bear McCreary remix[]
Bear McCreary included a remixed version of the full Angry Video Game Nerd Theme Song on the motion picture soundtrack to Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie. The remixed track includes Kyle Justin's original vocals but have redone electric guitar and drums, played to mimic the original music.

- The melody of the chorus in the original theme song may have been inspired by "FM Piano Test" from the video game Quartet.
- Both lines "He'd rather have a buffalo take a diarrhea dump in his ear" and "He'd rather eat the rotten asshole of a roadkill skunk and down it with beer" in the Theme Song are referencing phrases the Nerd says in the Back to the Future episode at the 0:45, and 4:28 mark.
